A few podcasts and interviews I’ve done this year, along with my 2020 work during the Covid-19 pandemic, has allowed me some reflection on my vision, values and passion – as an individual, a professional and a business-person.
In 2019 I asked people via social media what makes them passionate about L&D, and wrote a short post categorising their responses and adding a few thoughts. You can read that blog by clicking here.
I thought that, with the year that 2020 was, it would be interesting to ask the question again with a bit more detail.
I’m asking an open question about passion, as well as using the previous categories I had to help code up the responses. I also ask about the industry more widely than just our role, and how 2020 may, or may not, have changed our feelings about what we do.
